I swear to God Ames if you die or something because you suck at breathing idek I will just come and kill you ok?

Fortunately this isn’t something I can die from. And if I do get put in the ER for it again there are apparently meds I can take but mostly it’s just remembering to do breathing exercises daily or when I have an ‘attack.’

Please don’t kill me dead.
